TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FARSIMASTER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold FarsiMaster harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.
